Open a Meta Business account
Create a Meta Business account at business.facebook.com. Verify your business (domain verification on your corporate site or document upload).

Add a WhatsApp Business account
Go to the "WhatsApp" tab in your Meta Business panel. Create a WhatsApp Business account and add your business phone number (must be different from your existing WhatsApp).

Choose an approved BSP
Morfoz is integrated with approved BSPs (Karix, Twilio, Yalo, etc.). Under "Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp", pick the BSP you want to use.

Enter API keys
Enter the API key and phone ID you receive from your BSP into the Morfoz panel. This step is only done once.

Create message templates
WhatsApp requires "template messages" outside the 24-hour window. Submit your frequently-used templates (order confirmation, appointment reminder, etc.) to Meta for approval.

Send a test message
Add your own number to the whitelist and send a test message. The assistant replies automatically; once you confirm it works, you can go live.
💡 Tips
- Template approvals can take 24–48 hours; plan accordingly.
- BSPs charge per message; a typical rate in Turkey is around 0.04–0.08 TL per message.
