Log in to Shopify Admin
In your Shopify store admin panel, go to Apps > "App Store".

Install the Morfoz app
Search for "Morfoz" in the Shopify App Store. Select the official app and press "Add app". Approve the required permissions (product read, order read, customer data).

Connect with your Morfoz account
On the redirected page, sign in to your Morfoz account. Choose which store (Shopify) connects to which assistant (Morfoz).

Start syncing
The initial sync takes 5–30 minutes depending on product count. All products, variants and stock levels transfer to Morfoz.

Set automation rules
Configure automatic message flows for cart abandonment, order confirmation and shipping in the "Automations" tab.

Verify with a test order
Place a test order (Shopify test order). Check that the assistant triggers the correct automations.
💡 Tips
- If you use Shopify Plus, webhook speed is higher; sync is instant.
- If you have multiple stores, you can connect each to a separate assistant or all stores to a single assistant.
