Does the customer need to install an app? +
No. The customer simply scans the QR and is taken straight to a WhatsApp chat. Everything happens via WhatsApp without any installation required.
How do waiters receive notifications? +
Waiters sign up to the Morfoz app and the restaurant owner connects them to the system. When a call comes in, assigned waiters get an instant push notification with sound — showing which table needs what.
How does it work with shifts? +
The restaurant owner can assign waiters by shift. When a call comes in, only waiters currently on duty get notified. With sectioned floor layouts, you can also tie tables to specific waiters.
Is there order management? +
Yes. Customers can pick items from the menu and order directly from the chat. Orders go to the kitchen and integrate with the POS system. The waiter call feature works independently alongside this flow.
